Project photos and testimonials on this website come from real Fedor Fabrication projects. We use location-only attribution for testimonials (e.g., “Homeowner in Wayne, PA”). If you are a former client and would like a project photo of yours removed from this website, email hello@fedorfab.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
4. Intellectual Property and Third Parties
All content on this website is owned by ADS22 LLC or licensed to us. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, scrape, or use our content to train AI or machine-learning models without written permission. This website uses and links to third-party services; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER ADS22 LLC NOR FEDOR FABRICATION WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, AND OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). This applies to the website only and does not limit our liability under a signed construction contract.
7. Governing Law, Disputes, and Misc.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The exclusive venue for any lawsuit is the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Disputes arising under a signed construction contract are governed by that contract, not these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
