Where We Work
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms across Chester County, Delaware County, and the Main Line. Most of our projects are within 25 miles of our West Chester office, and we’ve been working in this region since 1989.

Three regions we work across
Each regional hub lists every town we serve plus links to the kitchen and bathroom remodeling pages.
Chester County
Our home base. Most of our projects since 1989 have been right here — from West Chester Borough rowhomes to 1990s tract homes in Chesterbrook to stone farmhouses outside Kennett Square.
Remodels here run $25,000–$150,000+ depending on scope. Permits are issued by your township or borough under the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code — West Whiteland, East Goshen, Tredyffrin and the rest each run their own permit and inspection process.
Towns: West Chester, Malvern, Exton, Downingtown, Phoenixville, Kennett Square, Paoli, Berwyn, Devon, Chadds Ford, plus Coatesville, Oxford, Spring City, Lionville, Frazer, Chesterbrook, Thorndale and others.
The Main Line
The most architecturally distinctive housing market in southeastern Pennsylvania — pre-1930 stone colonials, traditional center-hall homes, and the occasional mid-century modern.
Remodels here run $25,000–$150,000+ depending on scope. Lower Merion (Bryn Mawr, Ardmore) and Radnor (Wayne) run more rigorous plan reviews than smaller Chester County townships — we schedule around that.
Towns: Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Devon, Berwyn, Paoli, plus Villanova, Gladwyne, Wynnewood, Narberth, Strafford, Rosemont, St. Davids, Haverford, Merion.
Delaware County
The most architecturally diverse county we work in — pre-Civil War stone twins in Media, post-WWII suburbs in Drexel Hill and Broomall, 1990s subdivisions in Newtown Square.
Remodels here run $25,000–$150,000+ depending on scope. Each municipality (Media Borough, Newtown, Middletown and the rest) issues its own permits and runs its own inspection schedule.
Towns: Media, Newtown Square, Chadds Ford, plus Drexel Hill, Springfield, Broomall, Haverford Township, Aston, Glen Mills, Garnet Valley, Brookhaven, Swarthmore, Lansdowne, Aldan, Folsom, Ridley Park, Glenolden, Yeadon.

Why location matters for remodeling
We keep our service area focused for a reason. Our crews drive to your home every day for weeks. A tight service area means less time on the road and more time on your project. It also means we know the local permit offices, the inspection schedules, and the quirks of homes built in this area.
In our experience, permit turnaround varies meaningfully by township. Lower Merion (Bryn Mawr, Ardmore) and Radnor (Wayne) run more rigorous plan reviews than the smaller Chester County townships like West Whiteland or Upper Uwchlan. We know which inspectors want to see what, and we build that into the schedule so it doesn’t slow your project down.
